At Acryshield, we aim to get your order packed securely and shipped as quickly as possible so your collection stays protected without the wait.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During major sales, product launches, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier and postal services. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro areas: 2–6 business days
  • Regional areas: 4–10 business days

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

International Shipping

Acryshield offers international shipping to selected countries. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
  • International delivery delays caused by customs are outside of our control.

Packaging & Protection

Every order is carefully packed to help ensure your acrylic cases arrive safely and in excellent condition.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll work with the shipping provider to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order. Acryshield is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout.
